Can someone help me recover my old account? I updated my phone and lost the account. I asked some friends and they said it's still active on the guild roster. Please help asap!? How do I sign back onto that account?

All information is saved online. It should be as easy as putting in your email and password.

Updating your phone shouldn't interfere with your account because, as CrimsonTider says, all data are stored online.

Are you sure that you didn't delete your account?
