Where is the forbidden crypts and what are the drop rate for that 25 helm?

The entrance is in the passageway between Glumdoll Cemetary and Balefort Castle.
As for the Drop rate ... let's just go ahead and say low.

I assume you are in Ballefort castle and are seeing the 'Rusty Grate'. Keep walking past that, and you will go through a 'portal' that takes you to cemetery road.

Where is the forbidden crypts and what are the drop rate for that 25 helm?
There are two secret places from Fathom Crypt. There is the Sarcophogus Crypt and the Hidden Passage. The Hidden Passage is where the Vyxnaar helm drops, and the Crypt (as you inadvertently are calling the other) drops the Demon Claw. To find the helm, when you first drop in go to the right out of town and to the sign that points to Balefort Castle. There is a long path and mid ways there is a short path to the left. This will take you to Vyxnaar. Be careful though, Vyxnaar is NOT your everyday Fathom Crypt boss and neither are the mobs. I died many times there with my bear when he was level 52, and once fought three Vyxnaar's at once soloing, died first with a bow on, changed to sword and then took forever and got three orange drops. Good luck! Oh and there is only one level, the 25 unless you want to go find him in the Shadow Caves.
