Talk about a 71 tourney

So i see there's talk about a level 71 tournament, in my opinion that's very unfair to those who aren't level 71 or pvp at a lower level than 71. The way it should be is to check all active pvp levels and see if a tournament can be held there not just go for level 71 and not give anyone else the opportunity to get a tournament banner.

It's been said that tourney will range in 61-71. Not just 71. And banner isn't a reward for it because it's a Community ran by tournament.

Why would it be unfair? Who made the tourney its a endgamer not a twink, and i actually dont like twinks make the endgame pvp dead.
