About the new stack limit thing

I had like 3000+blue eggs and maybe 1.5k red eggs on my character before
But now there are only 999each... Is there a way to get them back?

Nothing was removed for being over the limits, except for 2 people that had over 65535 of something.

Hm... But im pretty sure i should have over 999blue eggs
by the time i have 999red... Could be my mistake i guess
