Im lvl 19 mage. I have both pvp maps. Every time i try to play pvp with a friend, it says "do not meet dunguon requirements". I want my money back now!

You probably haven't unlocked the maps to use the dungeons.
You need to complete all the maps execpt AO2 to have all the dungeons unlocked. You did not get scammed.
But my friend made a pvp map, i unlocked it already, but it wudnt let me join. And also when i wasl lvl 13 i played pvp all the time fine. For some reason now it wont let me join games

What lvl is your friend? There is lvl req's that need to be met.
Whats the lvl difference requirement?

There is a 3 level difference to play. The exact differences are posted somewhere around here, but I can't find them at the moment. Anyway, that is probably your problem.

It is 5 levels off I believe. What level is your friend?
It seems more like 2-3. It varies for me:/

Well mainly high lv guys do pvp...
I think for like lv5, lv15, lv20, lv30, lv40, lv45, etc.

And u dont hav to do only with friends.. can do with other people too
