should that stun work in pvp? atm stun not working

You know i spent 5.5million on one of these. *shakes head* i wish i knew then what i know now. The bug showing incorrect stats was fixed but i know for a fact that it had been incorrectly showing stats for years but never fixed until recently. But now finding out the proc doesnt work in pvp makes it more dissapointing. Oouf.
