PvP respawn glitch/hack abuse

Playing a little Twink again and Nomytacos kindly pointed out that Cesation was using some form of either bug abuse or hack.

Basically instant respawning in the same place as he/she died to gain an unfair advantage. Tacos also noted Drugsasf was doing this, not sure if it's the same player or somebody else abusing.

It isn’t a hack, but a glitch with the founders helmet. If you die, unequip founders and re-equip it, you’ll respawn in the same spot with full hp. Im sure it’ll be fixed with the next patch.
