This week-long individual player leaderboard event begins at 1:30pm Central time on Thursday the 9th and runs for one (1) week.
Go through the Event Portal in Forest Haven Towne. Talk to Zephas for more event info.
Find Zephas in BALEFORT TOWNE to collect prizes when the event is over (Thursday May 16th, 1:30pm Central)!

VICTORY TIERS + RANK REWARDS
Earn a Victory Tier for access to Gold Farming zones and Item Enchantment discounts (15k for Bronze, 25k for Silver, 50k for Gold Tier).
Check your Avatar Page for your Event Score and check the Leaderboard to see how you stack up against the competition!
The Top 5 Ranked Players on the Leaderboard also get a couple of 4X Elixir Kits and choice of Makeup Kit (Crimson, Green and Golden Gazes available).
Ranks 6 - 10 get 4X Kits and their choice from a selection of lesser Elixir Kits.
Ranks 11 - 25 get lesser Elixir Kits.
All of the Top 25 Players on the Leaderboard will get a new character-bound "Golden Age" vanity item set (armor, helmet and shield) for Free!

Loot the 'Gilded Age Vanity Chest' for character-specific trade-friendly vanity items in the style of the "Golden Age" set shown above.
Note: Gilded Age vanity items will not have the sparkling gold particles of the "Golden" leaderboard versions and the set they create will give 1.5X Towne Speed and +15% Bonus Gold.

A individual points scoring farming event my favorites. And with this one you have added the gold farming maps and discounts on enchantments.

Will you re-introduce your counter bot questions for access to the gold farming zones or random number generator?

The new Golden Age Vanity will certainly be a reward to get to the top 25 on the leaderboard. Making them character bound makes it more special.

Can you please specify what items can be looted in the Shimmering Shores event?
Amulets and Vanity items? which ones in particular?

There will be a couple of new vanity weapons in the "Golden Age" style (Axe and Wand).
There will also be a special locked item pack called the "Gilded Age Vanity Chest" that contains class-specific trade-friendly versions of the leaderboard vanity items (without the cool particles or the powerful buffs).

Nope. If it's what I think you're asking about - that item was never looted (unlike White Lightning, etc.).

Yes. The Ninth Guardian set bonus applies in this Legendary Event zone.

I could be wrong but from my experience from leader board event in the past I notice mage are mostly top ranked. I don’t see like a fox being able to keep up. I was wondering if each class will have there own leader board

And if I understand right the dungeon for gold is all anyone gets if the make a placement that’s not the top 25. I got what I wanted from this event so thanks Sts. I think half the community thinks you can buy the new sets but from what I’ve read and understand, only the top 25 are able to get the sets unless you farm it before tomorrow. If you farm it though they have no stats like the ones the top 25 get. Hope this clarifies a few things.
