Ashera from Nightmare Raid not counting towards Boltag's weekly boss quest and Kozner's daily boss quest for ruined tokens
Similarly Nightmare mobs also not counting towards Boltag's and Kozner's mob quests
Not sure if Dream Eater maps are counting or not
And here's a minor bug, elite mobs counter for all zone stops at 10k (which is the highest obtainable mob achievement), but Somberholt and Festerfang keeps counting even after that:
