war weap procs?

Any op pr warrior knows details of war weap procs?
1. Does nightmare zone work in pvp or outpost?
2. How much armor would Glintstone aegis proc increase by stacking shield up to 10 times? How much dmg by exploding the shield? Does the proc work in pvp or outpost?
3. What war weap has the most defensive proc ?

Imo the most defensive proc is the lvl 71 arcane aegis. (Attack is the best defense sometimes :P)
Glin aegis is awesome weapon at aggro imo and ofc doing some dmg same time compare to other warrior weapons but at maus sometimes is annoying cause mage curse. And Glin aegis is awful for pvp imo u need stack attack to crazy proc and thats hard at pvp zones mostly op against mobs and big pulls.
