So I have always had a fascination with different types of cyphers. Testing the waters to see how many wannabe code breakers are lurking on these forums. Already had one simple cypher cracked. Each cypher will get progressively harder.

Contest: Be the first to crack the code!

CORRECT! Serprus wins again! The next level of difficulty will have 3 winners. First to solve, second to solve and third to solve. It will be much harder. No solutions or hints should be posted. Also, I am still broke, so if anyone would like to contribute any prizes, that would be grand! So far, I will be making custom "CodeBreaker" signatures for the winners. I understand that this kind of thing isn't within everyone's realm of talents, however I am sure everyone would have fun with it. Hence, I will explain the methods I used in the previous two cyphers.

First Cypher:
Encryption used: Rot13 only. Stands for Rotation 13. You just add 13 alphabet places to each letter.

Second Cypher:
Encryption used: Hint was a simple Anagram for Witch. Which was supposed to allude to the main code being in Hexadecimal (Hex). Once you break down the hex code (Using mind power, or hex to string translators), you are left with another simple Rot13 encryption. Add 13 characters to each letter and you have the answer.
