Droid X would sometimes pause/freeze

My Droid X would sometimes pause for a few seconds. It would not respond, although I could still see players running around. I could not press any spells or potions during a pause. I kept calling Verizon and complaining. They would keep walking me through factory resets, and configurations. Finally, I called and said I want it fixed, and would not do another factory reset. They sent me a new phone, which has worked perfectly for about a month now. Not one single freeze with this phone. PL is very responsive now.

Hope that helps, if anyone else has that problem.

PS: One Verizon support guy told me i should just go ahead and root my phone to fix it. I told him... NO! It has to work properly with factory defaults.
