I need help with a L 21pvp Dex bear build,

You should try a L22&L23 dex bear. You will get beckon.

L22: Try 6 rage, 5 hell scream, 4 iron blood, 3 stomp, 2 SMS, 1 beckon
L23: Try 6 rage, 6 hell scream, 4 iron blood, 3 stomp, 2 SMS, 1 beckon

Take off the beckon on the L22 build if you want a L21 build.

Skills: 6 rage 5 hellscream 6 crushing blow 3 stomp

Helm: helm from plat set lvl 20
Armor: armor from plat set lvl 20 or lvl 15 expert leathers
Talon: talon from plat set lvl 20 (or lvl 20 pink wand is so good)
Shield: shield from plat set lvl 20

ya, but cristalline gear sucks, plat armor or expert are much better.

Yeah cristalline sucks. But some people might might not want to buy plat and my onyx 21 leathers look REALLY COOL! ;)

Imo iron blood is not needed when you can have cb, debuffs are key for this lvl 21-35 bears. I'd say try 6 rage, 6hs, 5cb, 3stomp. Make sure you hs at 8m asap then get close and cb, then rinse and repeat, if done right you will own any other bear at your lvl.

True, I prefer 6 crusing blow, lvl6 cb make a big deference than lvl5
