Who can tell me how to calculate how much gold to drop? The connection between gold drop and gold loot?
If I haven’t gold loot,it drop 1k gold;
How much gold to drop when have 200% gold loot? 1k *2 or 1k*(1+2)?
When have 600%gold loot, will drop 1k*6 or 1k *(1+6)?

How does the gold bonus affect how much gold you drop?

ty all guys

I'm pretty sure it's not 1k*2, cause that would reduce my gold drop by 9/10th with my 10% GL :highly_amused::highly_amused::highly_amused:

It’s a great mystery

Gold loot its just a multiplier, if you dropped 1k and you have 100%gl u will get 2k,200% 3k, 300%4k and so on

Every map has their own limit, for example in shuyal with 400% I get around 12 coins per patch, in underhul maps normal much more around 100+ but in graveyard it drops much more around 600-1,200! It's all Random! But I do remember than when I only had 100% Gl, the gold drops in graveyard would never go over 300 coins!

We will never know because STS will have to tell you the amount determined dropped. THey have already told us the amount is random but they will not tell you the formula that determines the amount.

They already have done this in the past. Look through threads and u might find it again.

Its basically like this:
Every map has a set upper and lower limits on gold drops (i.e. 100g-2000g, 253g-400g etc.)
There is either a formula to determin the gold droped from chests, bosses and other stuff or sts uses a the "RanInt" function which just chooses a random integer within set parameters, for example, the limit is 200-1000 gold. The RanInt will choose one whole number in that range with no bias. Once that number is chosen, it is then multiplied by "1+(gold loot percent/100)". As an example, if i drop 500 base gold and i have 200gl, then the formula will be "500*(1+(200/100))
Which will get "500*(1+2)" and will equal to 1500g

When the mob dies, if it drops gold, (roll in normal gold range) * (1 + (goldloot / 100)) is what pops out.

Simple enough. Yw.

They already have done this in the past. Look through threads and u might find it again.I remember it, but that doesn't answer the question people are asking. They want to know the exact amount to expect. Thats why they come to the forum instead of doing simple math in regards to how much gold drops.

A few runs without gear and a few runs with could easily answer this question. However, if STS gives a number they will be held accountable to that number if it doesn't drop.

Is there a particular reason why the formula is not disclosed to the AL population?

They did release the actual formula and the the range of gold drops.
This was after my calculations and it was very similar to the actual equation.
But sts reserves the right to change these values at anytime without notice when they see fit.
So it doesn’t matter if u didn’t get what u expect.

Always expect nothing and u will always be happy with what u get.
