Are the Arcanite Chests from store broken?

Are they broken or no longer being able to buy them? I was spamming at the 10 second mark for them to refill but it counted down to 0 and stayed like that till I got out of store and then went back in.(by the time I went back in, it said sold out)Is it suppose to do that? Or was I suppose get out of store and then go back in really fast? So confused at the moment...:/

You have to click at the 0 sec countdown to get 1 and then they are sold out. This morning I didn't even get a chance at 0 secs, sold out and no option to buy. I think this needs more in the store, kinda silly.

If the store chests are easily obtainable, no one would buy the ones in auction, they'll lose all value
