Surfy the only way you can get more is by unloading the main 3 colours to an alt, then running around without any in your stash or inventory. Should start to get them again then by waving.

oh i see, the problem is i done all 3 quest on all my characters and gotten the jetpacks rewards. no wonder i see people selling jetpacks frantically. it's so that they can get more credits..lol..
