Can anyone give us an honest opinion on using Dream Cleaver conpared to TB? How good is the proc chance on Dream? Thanks for having a look!

It's not 100% with charged attack. Tb is better.

Tb is better but if u cant afford it just farm the quest of dreamescape cleaver. ( u can get aegis quest same time so 2 weapons with only paying pots and the entrance of map)
