I'm thinking it would be cool if we had a extra skill bar so we could have one for pvp then just switch out to pve when we want to do that

I mean like where the skills are kept right now we just get a extra one to switch out when we do pvp

What do you mean by bar?
I think bar in this case is you know there are 12 skills and 4 rows on the right of the screen? I think he means add another row.
