Loot Table for each Map

Dear Devs, I would like to suggest you guys to furnish us with the loot table at the portal section. This will give the new player guide of where to farm what.
To be honest, I played since 2014 but I don't really know where to farm cryo back pack LoL.
I heard arcane shard also lootable in M5 & M6 but how do we know? Let say there is loot table, it will help much for us old noob and new player.

Cryostar totemic core is looted by killing elite cryostar with the cryostar hunter elixir (purchased from an npc with 8plat I believe in glintstone)

+1 when I was new back in 2013 I was so disoriented for long time so it would be good to make loot table bar it is one of few changes that would help.
