Wouldn't stomp be better at 3?
Because I think it doesn't improve after that

at level 3 stomp it has the range it has at level 6 but anything past level 3 adds damage also this is a PvE build

Stomp doesn't increase anything when it goes from rank 3 to 4 apart from damage. So i think this is quite useless when you can put that into some other useful skill.
