Alright, so say you are level 59. You have one exp point left, and you are fighting the boss. When you kill the boss, you get a pink and you level up also. So, is the pink level 58 or 60? I got to 65, with last xp points from boss at crypt, but I also got Orlok helm as I leveled up. I know it's only available in level 65, so thats the one I got. Doesn't help though with the question.

Ok. you are 59 and you level and get a pink. From what I know you will get a level 60. I was 60 and got a 61 pink so I think they are 1 level above you.

Well I am guessing that if u level @ moment of death the drop would be 65. Death, you level, system rolls loot.
F.Y.I. all Orlok set pieces are levels 61 63 65 as is the helm. There are many 61 & 65 Orlok helms on cs.

If you're in MF, the lowest you'd get is level 61. I nuri's you stop getting 60 pinks from level 59-60, so there the drop would be a 60

I'm talking nuris. Also, I was level 64, leveled up, and the monster that leveled me up gave me a 65 orloks helm. So I the drop level is determined after the exp is given? IDK

That makes sense. The drop is determined after the xp im sure.
