Ping Issues With New Client Update

The title pretty much says it all. I have a constant WiFi connection yet at some point my ping will go from 150-200 all the way up to as much as 20k for no reason. I'll be solo in a map and it will jump. No new players join. I've tried it on 3 separate WiFi connections with same results.

Making this thread to get a consensus.


Edit: Also brought this up because some times when WiFi does cut out these ping jumps can happen. And as I would prefer not to go over my data cap. It would be nice if the game could let us know (in game) whether we have lost our WiFi connection or not.

Same has been happening to me.
My router is like maybe 10ft away from me at most. I always have full bars.
I'm used to no lag, no spikes what-so-ever, even on 3g.
I keep having random lag and ping spikes.

yea after the update

the ping went up much more often than usual
