View Full Version : Takes a while to turn in quests

For quests like "Horn of Renew" (blow the horn of nordr) after tapping the yellow question mark many times, the finish quest does not appear. It appears eventually, but takes forever. Same with arcanum grounds, the green crystal at boss.
I thought it would be fixed, but after years it's still like this P:

Anything unusual you're doing at the time? I just did the horn quest a couple times and it comes up instantly for me.

Yeah I'd like to report the same, and also for the boss "mother" and a few other really early bosses I think you've gotta click weird and can't just click right on, and it happens every time I make a new char or make a new hc, kinda annoying
Same for me, always been like that.

I'm not sure about the Horn one, but for Arcanum Grounds, you can hit the Green Crystal only after the cutscene ends. If you skip the cutscene, you should still wait the same amount of time in order to hit it. Personally I just watch the whole cutscene every time so I don't look like a nab trying to hit the air. XD

I think this is due to still being in combat. Both the horn in Nordr and the crystal in Arcanum Grounds can't be used until you're out of combat.
It takes 8 seconds to get out of combat if there's still something in the zone that hates you. There's probably something weird like an angry pool causing this.

At least one cause of this is fixed for the next update.
Thinking about this, it has always been the case (at least for me) in trade window also.
Could be down to connection issues I guess, but 90% of the time I have to press the initial confirmation button 2-4 times in order to get to the final confirmation, sometimes there's a 2-3 second pause which causes you to auto confirm trade (due to the positioning of both confirmation buttons being in a very similar place)
As I said, could just be my poor connection, I play on a junk work phone a lot so... Anybody else get this?

Quite late, but yes. Sometimes you need to spam the confirmation button. Please check this out too! :)
