I talked to that guy and he said he does this because he got banned and the customer service was very poor; He spent a lot of money.

Customer service is very blunt for al. Not the first time I heard something like that. I am sure he must have done something wrong but sts isn’t the best at responding which creates a lot of drama/ distress.

The dev's need to find this individuals information, and sue him into oblivion. What this guy is doing is criminal.

.((This guy is stealing peoples accounts that contain sensitive information, and possibly committing credit card theft.))

The way this person is causing damage to a Spacetime Studios product, does not validate his behavior. It just shows this individual got banned for a GOOD reason.

Dev's i suggest you dig deeper into this, consider filing a lawsuit. This is the only way to make an example & scare future phisers

To me, doesn’t matter if their blunt if they’re fair. It sounds like you’re somewhat condoning it, as if support causes scams like this.
I’m sure it’s also “not the first time” you’ve heard a scammer crying about being innocent.
If “you are sure he must have done something”, then why should support be nice to him?

I’m saying you just met someone lying, then decide to believe them, that’s weird.

Somebody stole my car. I think I know who, so I stole all the cars of their families and friends. Yay, me! Good to hear there are people who think this is perfectly fine!

I am not supporting him. Just pointing out sts need to improve their customer service or things like this are not going to stop.
I dont feel anything for him but the people that are going to loose their accounts.

A majority of the people who falls for scam like this are people who has less than 5m and just figuring out the game ( people who could be potential plat buyers/whales in the future). But they quit earlier because of this types of scams happening before they get a chance to figure out AL.

I know that YOU might feel that this is worth a lawsuit, but I’m not sure if you understand exactly how much time and money that Spacetime would have to invest to do this. I agree that what they [phisher] are doing is wrong, but I don’t think it’ll be cost effective for Spacetime to consider this kind of action. The best they can do is to get players to spread awareness about the problem and put all of the nessecary precautions to minimize the amount of people that get phished.

Check again, scammers do not use .com or other things that'd be automatically identifiable as links. They often use special characters, spaces, commas, ascii arts etc to avoid being caught.
