Owned gh / Loadout furniture

Hi, I came up with an idea of owned guildhall. Like, if I bought two or more gh, I will be able to switch with any of those without needing to purchase it again anymore.
Also, loadout for houses and gh wherein you can save designs then switch into them in a poof :D
