View Full Version : Facing a connection issue. No idea what may be wrong.

I mostly play on mobile data. I logged into game probably an hour or two ago too, everything was functioning fine. After a long break I log in again and each time the game progresses to connecting and then the following message crops up. I play on two other devices too and facing the same issue. 100% sure it's not an internet issue as all other apps are functioning normally. Need help asap as I need to finish crafting my throne lol

It's possible that your ISP is blocking some Amazon EC2 IP ranges, which would appear this way.

These are the current amazon-owned ranges that contain something you need to be able to connect to for AL:

3.0.0.0/9
3.80.0.0/12
18.128.0.0/9
52.32.0.0/11
54.144.0.0/12
54.72.0.0/13
54.80.0.0/12
54.88.0.0/16
100.20.0.0/14
100.24.0.0/13

This had never happened before, will check. This is making me feel so weird.

I tracked down one blacklist that was including some of the AL servers and got them fixed (though it's not supposed to be used for ip blocking, only email). Please let me know whether that fixed the problem.
