where is syber laser talon?

So I just finished all syber quest and I didn't get the talon or had the chance to get it, I got syber armor ,helm,blaster,shield of the void
so what about the talon??????

The talon is the Laser talon of the void. You cant get this from the quests. I know for a fact it drops from king mynas and the keeper, if you dont want to take the time to farm it you can find it relatively cheap in the cs.

There is no quest for the Cyber Talon of the Void. You gotta buy it from CS or get it as a drop. I've always wondered why there was no quest for the 1-handed Cyber weapons (wand/sword/talon) and I'm afraid I can't give you that answer. But yeah, in order to get those cool sparkles and set bonus you will need to buy the talon.
