How to Acquire a Pink Item to Complete a Set

Hello all:

I have a quick question. I understand the rarity of pink items. However, let's say you want to complete a set of pink items. For example, you have the Strongman's Glyph Platemail and Plate Helmet, but require the Battle Sword (or mace and shield).

The three ways I can see to get these items are:

1. See if someone has these and is willing to sell them to you.
2. Go to the auction house to see if they are up for auction.
3. Go to Nuri's Hollows, complete a dungeon, and defeat the end boss of the level. However, it is rare that you can get one of these items, which means that you have to complete the levels over and over, in the hopes that you may get the coveted drop.

Is there another way to get a pink item?

The way my drop rates are going I don't know what's more rare.

I got two to 66 and one to 65 (+10k) and have only received one elite pink, a cowl.
