This question is leaded toward people who have parrots. Does the parrot work on two handed staffs? Particularly the buwanda staff, was gonna get one but stopped myself because I wasnt sure.

They patched them do they won't work on anything but 1 handed items. I think they still get glitched out on 2 handed battle axes, but that's about it.
It will not work on any staffs :(

That's dumb... It's a vanity... Why does it matter if I can use it with a two handed sword/staff/bow?
