I am looking for a 15 build for dex bear (Would do 16 but I want to farm winter)
And a 25 mage build (I would do 26 but want to farm winter to and pvp)

You can farm 15 items with a 16 character. And 25 with 26. But anyway.
Lv15:
6 rage
5 stomp
2 SMS
1 crippling slash
Lv25: (NOT PvP build)
6 BOM
6 BOV
5 light
4 fire
1 frostbite
2 heal

Ahhh lvl 25 pvp. I remember How i used to ask Zapoke for his build countless times. Lol but I Found out the trick. :p

I think for level 15 it would be better to skill: 6rage, 6stomp, 2sms but at all i like lvl 16 best.

No, I didn't.. But that's because I stopped playing bears (bellow a level that I could easily max it) before debuffs became essential to any successful bear. But I did try a crushing blow bear at 15, and people trolled me because of it lol. :/ , So unless you want that... Lol.
