The devs reply quickly, they replied to me in no joke, seconds, but that's doubtful, I was surprised. Also, I have seen members banned for good, and they said they spent like $200, pretty insane...

Not really, because I am 13 too, and I spend my own money on this game, and I have spent a good amount. It does suck, but I noticed when my wi-fi was down, it is really hard the first two days, and then the res are fairly easy, lol, it's like a drug! :)
