Why is it this season we have to wait a few seconds before we can attack the bosses after it says “fight!”?
Last season we could attack instantly when it said “fight!”

Devs made a change so that the timer countdown more matched the counter in the chatbox i believe. Justg discussed it in a thread a while back before he left StS

They should check it out, because it will say it in the chat box and you still gotta wait

I did several runs but in every run I had to wait a bit until I could attack the boss even using the chatbox

You can't hit anymore until the mob engages. Basically wait for boss to notice you first.
