Sent from my vivo 1714 using TapatalkThem do whatever they want, we never had a consistent equipment schedule, example: one expansion we get only set gear and mythic gear(and sometimes is useless) and next expansion is full of arcane gear by no reason.
So we need so wait until next expansion to know if we got the best gear or not (but close friends of devs all time time know what is coming and test it with advantage).

Because they introduced a new rarity called spirit, which starts from epic stats and goes up to mythic stats after fully leveled up.
