Button not appear

Button loadout for skill not appear on chrome browser but only in my war char the others char is good
and if i use phone it appear normal

Reasons it wouldn't show up:
* skill in cooldown
* loadout has no skills saved in it

I was confused at first about this too but in the end I understood it anyways hihi
