71 pvp is broken u dont need skills.

Heya Conat!
The skills you'll need are
Jugg(To take in hits for your team)
Heal Horn (To Heal your team and provide them with a bit of Armor Boost)
Axe Pull(To Hook the enemy and reel em in)
Skyward Smash(To do some damage and stun your enemies)

Vengeful Blood and ChestSplitter is also great to have but make sure to keep Jugg and Heal Horn (Jugg and Heal Horn and Axe Pull is must need)
(If you want to switch Vengeful Blood or Chest Splitter, switch it for Skyward Smash)

A little tip: Ebon Aegis is great to have at Lv71 with the Ebon Armor !
