That gun is probably generating most of his bonus ATTK (+DPS bonus) given the rest of his stats..and no you users can't have one. Skull helms or other vanities? Why not, they don't affect anything...it's bonus ATTK items, those affect stuff.

Flip is a dev who can pwn MF in one hit. He can generate his own stats to how ever much he wants as can all dev.

If I'm not mistaken, I think he increased his stats even more! :O

Those guns are level 20 plat pistols called "Ghost Blasters". Anyone with 2 plat can have them. His dmg and dps is so high because he's a dev and can make it whatever he wants. He could make his fists do that much damage if he wanted.
