Bug ??? Nerf?? Whats going on ?

My mage had 5.5k+ dam and now with exact same gear now 5.1k dam .
I use ebon staff, ebon helm/armor , 71 arc belt mage / inf mind arti / 71 arc ring / lvl 54 cryo arc pendant.
Without any elix
WHY ???
