I think ppl say that bc tank spose to aggro mobs and when they do it may decreases proc chance for mage/rogue when their proc is also for damage taken - thats why mage got switched. When on my alt tho I don't find proc on rogue to be so infrequent so don't see huge need for this imo.

proc is fine how it is,rogues have already become tanks lets not lie. no need to give them everything.

just boils down to greedy rogues wanting to be best in every category.

im wondering which type proc will be better for pvp on rogue (on taking or dealing damage) and i think better if "on taking" since its not so safety just spam skills in pvp by rogue

but for pve it only means that rogues will not invite other classes and 4rogs party will be best and most enjoyable forever lol, because mages/warrs easily steal agro (as i explained in that thread)

+ its much easier to tank on mage than on rogue doesnt matter pvp/pve
