So how long does it take for sts to actually respond to my issue?

Not long, within a week. They respond almost always in a timely manner.

just know that devs dont work on weekends so wont be responding now

I find filling out the form correctly you will receive an automated response to your email address and be assigned a case # (number).

hello moderators of the game, I would like to make explicit here the lack of consideration with the players of brazil regarding the value of platinum, is very expensive is not profitable, and I would like to point out that there are few channels dedicated to arcane legends mine is one of them with the youtube name of "six noob" I'm here asking for a platinum support or any other help to spread our dear game more because the game has a huge potential to reach more and more new players !!
