Arcane evolution feature

What if lower level arcane weapons can be evolved to higher level ones.

This will make the endgame more exciting than just having the same equips with anyone else.

If pvp balancing is a problem then just don't allow them to be used there.

Example:

Dragon Sword lvl 46 -> 51-> 56 ->...71
-At the cost of (1) Arcane Shard + other materials per 5 levels

This feature will make us more excited rather than just making them vanities.

It's like in some other games. Also good idea but what if materials would be really really hard to get?
If they would be obtainable with hard work, then, +1.
If obtainable with money, then, -1.
