Some Data on Skill Cooldowns

So uhhhh here's data on skill cooldowns that will probably be useful to someone.

Notes:
-I didn't include regular Churro because it's a Legendary pet, and 5% isn't as interesting as 15%, but I might consider implementing it later on
-HC = Heroic Churro Happiness Bonus (Haste 15%)
·Haste (not to be confused with the speed set or movement speed) is a stat that reduces cooldown of skills and lets you attack faster.
-E=Energize (That one mage ultimate that makes you attack crazy fast)
-M=Mastery at max level (If it reduces cooldown)
-A=Ebon Armor (50% Haste on proc)
-Heroic Churro w/Ebon Armor is combined with only Energize since they both give 65% haste
-Measured in Seconds
-Heroic Churro's Happiness Bonus does stack with Energize, reducing cooldowns by 80%
-Ebon Armor's Haste is reduced when combined with Energize (75% Haste, 90% if combined with HC)
-The longer the skill cooldown, the more seconds that are saved by reducing cooldown.
-This data is good for those that are deciding on getting Heroic Churro and Ebon Armor.

I might also include downtimes as well. What I mean by downtime is the time between when a skill is active and its cooldown. In other words, when a skill, or its buffs/debuffs, is no longer active and you're waiting for its cooldown to finish.Images are corrupted.

Haste on Heroic Churro is for skills cooldown speed, Cinco stated it when Churro and Heroic Churro were first introduced in last year's Harvest event, so in this case the haste is not for movement speed like you thought.

Is haste % the same as speed%?

No. Haste reduces the cool down times for your skills. Very powerful :-)

Haste (not to be confused with the haste speed sets) is a stat that lets you attack faster and reduces the cooldown of your skills. Energize gives 65% haste, even though it just says reduces skill cooldowns by 65%. I edited the post to clarify this.

out of curiosity, are the time for HC + Energize timed or simply calculated empirically??

Since stacking percent bonus/reductions are weird, was there any experiments that can validate the time calculated ?

The time can be either Time*0.85 (HC)*0.35 ( Energize).....which stacks by multiplication
or Time*0.20 , which is stacked by addition of the bonus

and both will yield different results (13.85s vs 9s for Jugg)

It is kinda half and half. I observed the cooldown time of Time Shift with just energize and with both Energize and HC to determine how Energize and HC stack. I chose Time Shift because of its 10 second cooldown, which is an easy number to work with. Energize's and HC's percentages add up, meaning it reduces cooldowns by 80% (65% + 15%). I then just did calculations for skills after that.

Shhhhh don’t tell the well kept mage secret of clock rain.

I’m surprised how few of people actually know how to do this or have seen it done. Every time I run randoms in deep marsh people always are amazed when the see 20 clocks drop within seconds and ask how I do it lol.

Edit: I didn’t actually know haste meant skill Cooldown. I always assumed it meant movement speed and sts just made goofy typo. Will for sure buy h churro this harvest event.

I just edited the data to include Ebon Armor since I finally got it and I actually didn't know it had haste until the update for it came out.
