After I crafted legendary ring on my tank Im unable to proceed with quests? I turned the quest in and I'm currently stuck. I crafted glint on my rogue so I'm confused what's going on?

Yes I have, there is no quests offered :/ I opened 20 craft slots in order to speed up the process and here I am completely stuck.

Then report in bugs section with your ign

If you got the NPCs daily quest, then you first have to complete it for the Glint set quest to show.
