Is there a engineer combo?
Not as yet. Suppression is used with a commando skill for a cross class combo, but no engineer specific combo is out there as yet.

Mez Breaker
An engineer casts Suppression on an enemy to stun it and a Commando casts Force Hammer on the enemy to break it out of the stun with a big bang.
Backlash
Operative casts Psychic Lash followed by Transference from Engineer.
Edit: also note, that if there are 2 engis in the group and psychic lash is used, both engis can use transference and there will be 2 combos. I believe the engis have the full duration of the psychic lash (6 second DOT) to cast transference, as i have seen the "combo" pop up what seems like 3 or 4 seconds after using psychic lash from my op.
Sorry i'm late here, these are the two engi involved combo that are available ATM. hopefully when we get our last skill we can do something on our own
