+ Loot Guild plumbing fixtures from the Pitiless Plumber in Festerfang.
+ See the the Waterworks Wizard in Festerfang Outpost to get started.

+ Something gobliny has made its way to the Deep Marsh.
+ Ebon weapon vanities can now be crafted, if you can find the recipes.
+ Reflected damage is now affected by the victim's damage reduction.
+ Ebon Glade Bow/Rifle/Executioner proc dot components are affected by dot immunity.
+ Switching between gear loadouts with non-stacking effects should be better behaved.
+ Revenge group invulnerability should work again.

It just means glow , nekro , razor etc anything with dmg reduction now works with reflected dmg
