+ A 'Fast Cap' reward is available to players who reach Level 110 and complete "Admiral Aves" quest before 1:30pm Central on August 1st.

As long as you meet the statistic requirement for the item you can wear it. That means Level and Stat combo like "Level 105, req. 420 Strength," etc. :-)

That is a really lazy way to cap.

Buying experience in lesser dungeons to cap a new campaign was done in the old days too ... that’s not new ... the orbs for exp are new ... and I think orbs came from bots for exp.
But I vote for disabling exp gain in mad maze for 110 campaign as well.

Cinco doesn't says that there's a psyko pet reward for those who achieved the l100 cap within 1 week, he just said lil'Loko will be given for those who achieved cap. That's why I think there's a chance of getting a surprise reward.

I like this idea or as someone suggested Skully the pet dragon with a eyepatch and pirate hat. These next few hours waiting are killing me hoping cinco can throw in some few surprises that he hasnt showed us yet :p

Monsters will hit you harder if you have one of the pets active. Players without an active pet buff are not affected.

It's the Fast Cap reward quest (you get a quest from Admiral Aves when you hit Level 110). It shouldn't be listed with the others. It'll be addressed soon.

I think it would be a great additive as well or at least some kind of a tweak. In my eyes, I believe there should be some type of true differentiation between the new pets and others.
