duskbringer staff proc

that proc stacking with other %armor reduce things
i think its bug because none of other %armor reduces stacking with each other
for example: when enemy getting hit by warrior axe (25% armor reduce) + rogue aimed shot (15% armor reduce) - its still only 25% armor reduce (only strongest debuff working)
but with duskbringer staff + warrior axe - enemy loosing 45% armor
