Rare Actions

Dear SL Team,

If high cost equipment had some "rare actions" ie actions that just come by chance but are very impressive, this would REALLY worth all costs.

Say you bought an xray visor and from time to time it launched a beam that had devastating effects. Or you had an Ice shield that from time to time (very rare) built up an ice cone for 10s that makes the player invicible for that time. Or if there were legendary boots that from time to time increased the running speed by a factor of two and light up the footseps on the floor... or or or. That would be fun, because it also would be fun seing this on other players.

I have always liked stuff like that! Probably not so hot for pvp but in pve...HECK YA!

This would just drive the prices even higher. Cool idea, though. maybe something like freeze or fire on weapons that cause a stun state for like three seconds and cause damage of like 1-2 dmg per second.

I mean, it would even be possible to begin with this secretly and people would hunt for screen shots of these rare events. Given the pet discussion, a rare action of a pet could be that it attacs the enemies. Wonder what a ren-deer could do...
