The list goes up and down when members enter an area.
I don't know if you planned this, but it's useless during events. Because there are a lot of players coming in and out of Tombs of Kraag.
Suggestion: Create a Pin Friends / Members button

I was actually going to post something about this as it was very frustrating during the egg event to try and join free portals from the guild.
I think in order to fix this, all that would need to be done is to change the transition stage between maps. Right now, if a person changes zones, it acts like they very briefly log out and then back in again, making the list jump around. Either change this so people “stay logged in” between maps, or have lists not be affected by people logging in and out.

It's a bug, it's supposed to consider them still logged in while zoning.
