it limits rogue's offensive ability
warrior has horn and jugg
mage has shield and gale force (with those buffs and mastery it can be considered as shield)
*putting here some crying "clever" comments how it's hard to play by rogue in pvp*

If gale force is a shield certainly shadow veil is too. And how about razor shield? It says shiled in its name - haw haw

It's nice joke about veil in pvp :D
razor - it's damaging me more than its usefull at 71 vs warr... 10 points for 10% not stacking dmg reduce (razor mastery) must be joke also..

Everybody knows rogue is overpowered and if u think razor shield isnt a shield but gale force is we have nothing left to discuss.

Rogues have a shield its called nekro :/

Equipping this mythic weapon will grant you a shield. And there are 2 more; Nightmarish and Ghoulish Blades mythic weapon.

it doesnt reduce dmg, its just immune to slow/stun

If what you are saying is true then why do I always lose to rogues with the level 60 artifact and better gear?
