The damage difference in fester outpost vs TDM, CTF, and other TDM.

Can there be a damage fix in CTF and TDM. We are suppose to do more damage and we are doing 2-3 times less damage than we are suppose to do. Here is a video explaining it.

The damage / healing reduction in pvp zones is intended. If anything we might consider applying similar scaling in festerfang outpost as well.
